  5. Enjoy it as a dip, or as a spread, or as a salad dressing. Finger Licking!!!

Tips:

  • In my home, guacamole dip gets finished in a mins. However if you want to make a big batch overnight before a party, you have to do this one extra step. The biggest problem of avocado is they change color. Dip top layer will become dark green to avoid that add a layer of lemon juice as top layer and wrap it with a plastic wrap or seal it in an air tight container. The color of guacamole with remain intact. Caution while making dip put only few drop of lemon and remaining put it as a layer and when ready to serve  mix it well before serving.
  • Optionally for Guacamole dip recipe you can also add 1 tsp of olive oil.
  • For Guacamole veg salsa you can add chopped Roma tomatoes
  • For Guacamole Non veg salsa add small chunks of fried bacon.
